1. General Policy

QuantumAxisGroup is committed to delivering services that meet the specifications outlined in the agreed Statement of Work (SOW). Reimbursement is evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones and deliverable acceptance criteria.

2. Pre-Project Phase

If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full reimbursement of any advance payments will be issued within 14 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].

3. In-Progress Projects

For projects in progress, reimbursement is calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Milestone-based payments already fulfilled are non-refundable. Work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state upon cancellation.

4. Completed Deliverables

Once a deliverable has been accepted by the client (via written approval or continued use beyond 7 business days), it is considered final and non-refundable. Revisions within the originally agreed scope are provided at no additional cost during the warranty period.

5. Warranty Period

All completed projects include a 30-day warranty period from the date of final delivery. During this period, QuantumAxisGroup will rectify any defects or deviations from the agreed specifications at no additional charge.

Any disputes regarding reimbursement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Spanish commercial law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of QuantumAxisGroup, you agree to be bound by these Service Agreement terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the client ("Client") and QuantumAxisGroup ("Provider"), registered at Avenida de América 14, Madrid, Chamartín, España.

2. Scope of Services

The scope of services is defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to project commencement. Any modifications to the scope require a written amendment signed by both parties. QuantumAxisGroup reserves the right to adjust timelines and costs for scope changes.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued according to the milestone schedule defined in the SOW. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest rate. QuantumAxisGroup reserves the right to suspend work if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed deliverables are transferred to the Client. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and pre-existing components remain subject to their original licenses. QuantumAxisGroup retains the right to use anonymized project data for portfolio and case study purposes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months. Confidential information includes but is not limited to: business strategies, technical architectures, source code, and client data.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuantumAxisGroup's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. In no event shall QuantumAxisGroup be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. QuantumAxisGroup will deliver all completed work products upon receipt of final payment.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, España.
